Mrs. MaryAnn moved next door to us just three short years ago. She was a surrogate grandmother to us. She was so warm and kind. We went over to welcome her to the neighborhood, and when we left I felt as if she was welcoming us. She was such a gem and was so very special to my family. She will be greatly missed by my family, and so many others. She loved big, lived big, and laughed big. We are so thankful for the time we had with her.

Many decades go I was honored to be introduced to The Traina Family and continued to enjoy the warmth and energy that came from Mary Ann and Paul, and the kids and grands. Laughter, Lessons and Love were shared by them so easily and continually. We give thanks to God for being embraced by them and gently growing older together.
We do and will miss them, knoeing a smile will accompany our memories.
Rest in God´s peace

We lived 2 doors down from the Traina family for many years. Jean and I were classmates at Tucker High School. Marie and my brother were also classmates. Mrs. Traina had an "open door" policy and I always felt welcome in their loving home. She truly had a servant's heart and passed those qualities on to her children. Her memory is sure to be a blessing to her family and countless others. Rest in peace.

We moved to Atlanta in 1980 next to their home with 5 sons and another on the way, she welcomed us with casseroles and a cake, they opened their home to us , and kept an eye on our house when we vacationed in Miami. Also, on our return, we always found in our fridge, milk, juice, bread brought by them. We will never forget that. Their daughters Jean, Julie and Marie also babysat for us. Our younger children loved to sneak into their patio to chat with them and Grandma Traina and Grandma Delehanty.
May she rest in peace and joy in the company of all her beloved.
With love,
Jorge and Silvia Gonzalez
