My thoughts and prayers are with the Lummus family. Sorry for your loss. May you find peace in God comfort you through this difficult time.

As the discussion leader of a book club in which Edith was a devoted participant and hospitable hostess for many years, I offer my condolences to her family. She opened three successive homes to our meetings, always generous in her kindness and friendship. I was very sorry when age prevented her from continuing in her active participation in Between the Lines book club. Now so many are gone. Rest in peace, dear Edith, and rise again in glory.
