Roy Scroggin Obituary
February 20, 1958 - July 11, 2007
Passed away peacefully at his parent's home in Palos Verdes Estates on July 11th. Roy will be remembered as a devoted and caring son and brother who will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Roy had a life long love of the ocean and was an avid surfer who traveled to different countries pursuing his passion. He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth and Carroll; and by two brothers, Carroll Jr. and Henry. Please sign the guest book at www.dailybreze.com/obits.
