James Scroggins Obituary

James "Phil" Scroggins, 50, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 2, 2008. Mr. Scroggins was a plasterer for Cobra Stucco. Phil leaves behind his wife of 31 years, Victoria and children, Phil, Candice and Luke; as well as grandchildren, Lily, Emily, Gavin and Olivia. He is also survived by his mother, Gerry Scroggins and siblings, Jeff, Eddie, June, Caroline and Vonnie. Phil loved life! He enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting. He loved his family, as well as the many friends he made throughout his life. Though we mourn his passing, we celebrate his life and take comfort in the knowledge that he's gone to be with our lord and loved ones in heaven for eternity. Funeral services are private. A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
