Terry Keith Brown Sr., 58, of Edmond, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly March 31, 2010, at his home in Edmond.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2010, at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater. Terry was born Dec. 29, 1951, in Vernon, Texas, the son of Jack and Thelma Brown. Upon graduation from high school, he served his country as a Marine.
Terry, with his family and friends, spent many hours and was happiest when he was at the lake with his boat. He enjoyed riding his Harley and watching NASCAR races. Terry had been a self-employed telecommunication specialist. He was a member of the Highland Park Baptist Church in Edmond, Okla.
When in the presence of Terry, people enjoyed his laughter, his contagious smile and the fact that he had a big heart. He will be terribly missed by all that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jimmy Brown.
He is survived by two sons, Brandon Brown and wife Jennifer of Edmond and Terry Brown II of Fort Worth, Texas; five daughters, Jessica and Lewis Pira of Wichita Falls, Texas, Tara and Cody Booher of Devoll, Okla., Dallas Brown of Wichita Falls, Texas, Lauren and Derrick Ketchum of Kingfisher, Okla., and Kelsey Brown of Fort Worth, Texas; one brother, Tony Brown of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; and a very special friend, Janet Leathers of the home.

Brandon, Terry's son, had only recently joined the Nelson family by marrying Jennifer. We are saddened to hear of Brandon's father's death. We did not know him but see his love of life and easy laughter in his son, Brandon. May God be with all Terry's family and friends at this time and through the days ahead.
