Irene S. Wall

February 7, 2019, (95 yrs.) in Sacramento, CA. Born April 11, 1923 in San Francisco, California to Benedetta and Giacomo Servetto. Beloved wife of the late Thomas B. Wall and mother to the late Daniel James Wall. She is survived by her sister, Josephine S. Moscone (103 yrs.); her daughter, Patricia Wall and David Frank Stavarek, and daughter-in-law, Janet Tyler Wall; her grandchildren: Erin Wall Gonsolin and Dave Gonsolin, Amy Wall Hopper and Brian Hopper, Laura Wall Emery and James Emery, Mary C. Wall, Thomas C. Wall, and Theodora M. Wall Stavarek; her great-grandchildren: Catherine and Tyler Hopper, Siena and William Emery; her Texas family: niece, Mary Martha Wall Sale Midkiff and Charles Midkiff, nephews, Thomas Michael Wall and Vicki Elkins Wall, the late Steven Wall and Barbara Bray Wall, James Wall, and grand nieces and nephews: Monica Sale Casady and Chris Casady; Crysti Sale LaRocca and Bart LaRocca; Langley Meek Wall and John Wall, Laura Wall, Natalie Wall; Christina, Meredith, and Daniel Wall; and great-grand nieces and nephews: Nicholas, Savannah, Victoria, and Anthony La Rocca; and Mary Grace and Garrett Cassidy; and multiple great-great grand nieces and nephews.

Irene and her sister, Josephine, lived their whole lives in the Marina District of San Francisco a few blocks apart, save for the last 8 months when they moved to Sacramento to be near family. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her. A luncheon in her memory will be held at the Olympic Club Thursday, February 28th.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco or the Palm Springs Museum of Art.
