Mrs. Ross was another mother to me and a very good friend. She meant a lot to me. I will miss her very much. She use to talk about my sweet potatoes. She would call me Miss Dorothy every time she talked to me. Love you family.

Annie Ruth meant a lot to me. I loved & respected her. I really didn't know her until my family moved to Dayton. I started attending Mt. MORIAH & she was one of their Chief Musicians. She helped nurture me through those beginning years of playing the piano for baptist churches. She will always live in my heart. She gave me cousins as my extended family; and the love continues....
