To the family of Herman Howard. I worked with Herman at the City when he was a housing inspector. Herman brought so much happiness to our department. When we would have our big Christmas parties every year he use to sang (not sing...sang) and we would dance and have a great time. We would have so much fun. He is just an all around great guy. He will be missed. May God continue to bless you and keep you!
