I just learned of Donnas passing, and am very sad. She was 11 years older than I was, and I knew she was suffering from early dementia even when we were caseworkers. I don't know how she managed to keep up her casework, but she did. She was a very sweet person, and I will miss the moments when she could remember that we were close friends.
