Although I did not work directly for Mr. Constable, as a stenographer in AFLC/JAB I would see him from time to time. I remember him as being friendly and so strikingly handsome that we all swooned when he passed our way. I extend my profound sympathy to the family in the passing of such a marvelous individual as Mr. Constable.
