I was so saddened to hear of the passing of my favorite teacher ever I have the best memories of fourth grade because she cared so much for me as well as all her students. She saw something in me as a curious little girl I did not see or have the confidence to see in myself. I know beyond any doubt I can give her credit for igniting in me a desire for learning, helping and caring for others.
I send my heartfelt sympathy/prayers to her family and know that over time smiles will replace tears as you remember your remarkable mother and grandmother.
