Dear Sue and family,
Please know that I have fond memories of our Starcraft camping days with your parents, the Stowe´s and my parents, Poppie and Henk de Ridder. The three amigos plus your mom worked together for years at Process Equipment and through their employment gained a valued friendship. Phyllis never knew a stranger and her warm, welcoming personality always made it easy when I needed to place a call to speak with my dad while at work. Phyllis in so many ways was the voice and face of the company. Please accept my condolences during this sad and difficult time. Phyllis will be missed by all who knew her.

Phyllis made the world a more pleasant place and , with Herb , a safer community than it could have been with their friendly, spirited volunteerism and capable , dependable work ethic. We are truly blessed to have crossed paths with them. Please accept our sympathy, Sue, and family; but know that we are happy for Phyllis who practiced her faith and benefitted from your loving care when she needed it. We were glad to hear that you answered the question of what might be a good memorial for Phyllis by replying , " any organization doing Alzheimer´s research." With respect we say,"Onward with fun, comforting memories!"

My memories and thoughts of the many years of time spent with both Herb and Phyllis were some of the more enjoyable times working at Process Equipment. They were very dear friends for many years. I will miss our birthday celebrations.
