The mission of the Board of Northwest Priority Board [NWPB] was and is to maintain the Northwest Priority Board as a socially and economically integrated community; to plan implement and continue the ongoing pro-active approach for educational, social economic, health, and physical circumstances in the Board's area; to encourage citizen's participation at all levels of government.
Leona was famously known for her Love of God, Loyalty, Kindness, Empathy, Accountability, a Community-Centered Culture that Motivated Character Development and Emphasized Curiosity, Courage, Dignity, Concern Integrity/Leadership, Duty/Determination, Energy/Encouragement, Respect, Selflessness, Honorable/Humble, Innovation, Passion for and Pride in Work.
