Concord, NH - Kirsten Wirth passed from this life peacefully after a brief battle with cancer, with three of her siblings surrounding her with love at her bedside in Concord, NH on March 29, 2024.

Kirsten was a graduate of Telstar High School in Bethel, ME. She played the flute and the piano, and was a strong swimmer, runner, and cross country skier. She was a lover of nature, of children, and of the sea. Her siblings recall fond memories of all the time spent together as a family growing up and the adventures they shared – whether hiking, biking, camping or skiing – she always was ready with a smile and a sparkle in her eyes. She was known and loved for her compassion and her generous spirit, for her love of the simple things, for her independence and strength through all that she endured in her life.

Kirsten was predeceased by her loving partner, Jim; and by her parents, Joan and Rudy Wirth. She is survived by her siblings, Karl, Raymond, Roland, and Onalie, and their partners; as well as nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her dear friends and the staff of Twitchell House, where she found community, support and friendship in her time of need.
