Jane was such a positive influence in my life. She took such great care of me in my first MV principal position. Even dedicated enough to make the move to open MVMS! So so many days she kept me in the right path. She did that for so many people. Third Saturday in May, Smith River Canoe Race, she and Jean showing young women how to be strong and successful as a team. My love to all her family. Sorry that I am away and not able to be with you in this time. What a marvelous woman, what a marvelous life.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Mrs. Haskell was my Junior Girl Scout leader and she was one of the three most influential person during my time with her. I went on to become a Brownie Leader, Wolf Cubs Leader, teacher and social worker. I learned pride of self and to never quit. During this most difficult time, please know that Jane Haskell positively influenced so many young ladies. I will remember her fondly all of my life.
