Wendy Haskell Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Casper Funeral & Cremation Services on Feb. 22, 2026.
Wendy (Chute) Haskell, 69, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in her home with family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Shirley Chute, and sister of the late Howard Chute, all of Marshfield, MA. She is survived by siblings - Gail Landry and husband Joseph, Richard Chute, Pamela Whittaker, and Robert Chute; her children - Heather Laperriere and husband Barry, Justin Haskell and wife Jennifer, Nicholas Haskell and significant other Cynthia Padilla, and Kyle Haskell and significant other Aryanna Gonzales. Wendy is also survived by her grandchildren - Fire Nix and husband Benjamin, Gage Laperriere and fiance Tayla Connolly, Caleb Haskell, Chris Marrero, Emanuel Marrero, Kaiden Barbieri, Justin Haskell Jr., Aiden Haskell, Abigail Haskell, Ariella Pena, Korra Haskell, Nathan Haskell, and Kaia Haskell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Wendy loved her cats - Luca and Gabe, and all of her "4 legged grandchildren". She loved animals, gardening, her plants (especially spider plants and aloe plants), her pussy willow tree, the ocean, swimming, camping, reading, bingo, cribbage, scratch tickets/lottery, Disney's Tarzan, and arts and crafts. She called all of the kids her maggots, as well as other random nicknames she came up with for everyone. She would bring squirt guns to every family gathering, and spent more time with the little ones than anything else... but above all, Wendy loved being with her grandchildren as much as possible. She did arts and crafts with them, baked with them, and loved her time alone with each, giving them an ear to listen, or a shoulder to lean on, whenever needed. Gone too soon, she will be missed by so many.
"The voice that stood out at every gathering, will be the silence that is felt by all." ~ Kyle Haskell
