Maria Stroinska

Maria Stroinska, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, and friend, passed peacefully surrounded by family on November 23, 2024, at the age of 94. In 2010 after the death of her loving husband Henryk, she courageously left Poland, her home of 80 years, to live close to her children in Memphis, TN. She loved gardening, cooking, attending church services, and spending time laughing with family and friends. She is survived by her children, Mark (Gosia) and Ela (Billy), grandchildren Catherine and Allison, and brother Jerry (Ruth). The funeral services in Maria's honor will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the St. Louis Catholic Church, 203 S. White Station Rd., Memphis, TN 38117, with visitation at 9:00 AM and the mass at 10:00 AM. Maria's final resting place will be in her hometown in Poland in the family grave. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
