Timothy Johnson Obituary

Timothy Timell Johnson Jr. was born in Memphis, TN on October 9, 1996. He was the youngest son born to CheKeta Jackson and Timothy Johnson. He departed this life on November 24, 2024, at the age of 28 years. As a child, Timothy was a little comedian he surely could make you laugh. He enjoyed playing video games online and meeting new people, he wasn't judgmental at all. Timothy was very sociable, and he didn't mind being conversational with anyone anywhere. His wittiness and those dimples complimented his beautiful smile a smile that could light up any room he touched. Timothy's loving and fun spirit carried him throughout his life. So many people he touched. Timothy was educated in the Memphis City School system. He attended Alton Elementary, Kirby Middle, Sherwood Middle, and graduated from Southwind High School. He played Football and Basketball but that never overpowered his love for music. Timothy wanted to leave his mark on this world, he was an artist he was talented his music his melody was one of a kind. Before passing, Timothy was employed by FedEx in Memphis, TN for two years. He enjoyed his work and the friendships that were cultivated. Timothy will always be remembered as the life of the party. He loved life and was kind and generous. Timothy had many loves; he loved his family and friends. But most of all, he loved spoiling his girls and their mother, Yaunti Scales, his sweetheart and companion for years. Timothy was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Floyd Jackson, James Edward Drain; grandmother, Lavern Johnson; aunt, Cheryl Ann Johnson; uncle, Greg Johnson; nephews, LaDareon and Catarcon Dunn. He leaves to cherish his memory and legacy his mother, Cheketa Jackson; father, Timothy Johnson; grandmother, Mildred Jackson; brothers, Darrius Douglass (Vanessa), Travis Johnson, Octavia Johnson, and Germal Humes Johnson (Tabitha); sisters, Melodia Dunn, Tuylor Johnson, Tamil Johnson and Jocisha Kyles, cousin; aunts, Chaquita Jackson, Erma Johnson, Debra Johnson, and Janice Johnson; uncles, Rico Wells, Norris Mosby, AB Williams; great aunts, Earline Williams, Ruthie Davis, Linda Williams; and Gracie Mac Perry; nephews, Taryun Stitmon, Dillon Douglass, Dakavion Shotwell, Dallas Newson, Darian Porter, and Malakai El-Amin. Timothy also leaves to cherish his legacy his bestfriends and special friend, Bobby Flynn Jr., Jeremiah Walker, Kylan Abel and Yaunti Scales and a host of cousins and friends Serenity Funeral Home, Tel.
