Lena Trusty

Lena married the love of her life, Frank L. Trusty, and together they shared an extraordinary 61 years and nine months of marriage. Their devotion to one another was unwavering, with Frank remaining by her side until the very end. Lena is survived by her two children, Barbara Trusty Duronslet (Curtis) and Kenneth Lee Trusty; her six grandsons; five great-grandsons; and three great-granddaughters, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. A lifelong learner and proud graduate of schools in Olive Branch, MS, and Oakhaven in Memphis, TN, Lena was an active and faithful member of Brookside Baptist Church in Olive Branch, MS. She dedicated countless hours to her church community, sharing her love and compassion until her health began to decline six years ago. Lena had a deep love for the outdoors, especially tending to her flowers, which brought her great happiness. Her gentle spirit and nurturing soul were evident in her passion for nature and her selfless care for her family.
