Felice W. Welch, age 84, of Clayton, OH, departed this life Saturday, December 7, 2024. Funeral service 12 pm Monday, December 16, 2024 at Phillips Temple Church, 3620 Shiloh Springs Rd, Trotwood, OH. Visitation 11 am- 12 pm at which time family will receive friends. Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home.
