Christopher Welch Obituary
Chris loved and adored his kids, and his 6 German shepherds. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt, and work on cars (NOT). He also was a fanatic for his University of Louisville Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys.
Chris was preceded in death by his Granny, Elsie Grace Welch. He is survived by his wife, Cortney Welch; five children, Katie (Levi) Beyl, Ryan (Max Senn) Welch, Hunter, Jake, and Carly Logsdon; his mother, Teresa Ferguson; two sisters, Jamie (J.I.) Mills, and Monica Joiner; his brother, Davy (Marissa) Ferguson; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Chris's life will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Deacon Greg Beavin officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Friday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
