Theresa Engler Obituary

Engler, Theresa M.

Theresa Marie Engler, age 66, of Kettering passed away on January 4, 2025. She was born in Dayton on August 28, 1958 to parents, Frederick and Lois Engler. Theresa is preceded in death by her father, Frederick; her brother, Fred R. Engler; and sister, Marian Rosenberg (Engler). She is survived by her mother, Lois; brothers, Michael (Diane) Engler, Gregory (Denise) Engler; nieces, Olivia Engler, Anna Engler and nephew, Gregory Engler Jr. Theresa was a graduate of Alter High School, Class of 1976, where she was a cheerleader and lancerette. After high school, she attended Ohio University and graduated Class of 1980, where she obtained a degree in Business Administration. Theresa was a long time chief administrator of the Dayton Area Plumbing Contractor's Association. She was a lover of dogs, cats, her horses and all animals. She courageously battled Multiple Sclerosis for decades and was an inspiration to all who encountered her. Theresa will be deeply missed and forever loved by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Theresa's memory to SICSA or ASPCA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 3033 Far Hills Ave.
