Hartwell, GA - Mr. Francis Twiss of Hartwell, GA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 5:37 pm.
Mr. Twiss is survived by his wife Jeannette Twiss; daughters Tina Kimball of Statham, GA, Jennifer Twiss of Rocky Mount, NC; son Frank Twiss of Pensacola, FL; sisters Anita Pease of Colorado, Elaine Southard of New York, Becky Melendy of Vermont; brother Dean Twiss of Colorado; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
