I just received the very bad/sad news coming home from church. This one hit me like none other- My sympathy goes out to his wife, kids and those who Mark cared for or knew. This one bites huh Greg? Mark was very carismatic and righteous. Hanging with him and Greg are moments I have always treasured and will never forget. We got our teen cards together, Mark was President of the 8th grade and governed for chocolate milk to be sold in the cafeteria. We lived on our stingrays/ motocrossers and Mark, Greg and I were extremely tight. We had alot of first occurances together Mark, Greg and I. Most were crazy, some were dangerous, all were way fun. Mark was one of the coolest I'd known.
I'll never forget you, God bless you bro,

Margo, I was shocked and so very saddened to read about your loss. I remember Mark from his consulting days with SLS - lots of energy and creative ideas - and you two were obviously a "team". As I read about him, I was even more impressed about what an accomplished man and "great guy" he was to so many people. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of great loss.

To the Reynolds Family,
My sincerest condolences to all of you. I was saddened to hear of Mark’s unfortunate and untimely passing. When Dave Baumgardner told me what had happened I was stunned. I have fond memories of growing up with Mark in the Village. Hanging out at Pop Cecil’s shop off the El Camino in S’vale, the garage in the back yard tinkering with our cars, motorcycles and hanging out with the boys. Back then it was all about muscle and going fast. Muscle cars, motorcycles, and working out. Mark always had to have the fastest car / motorcycle. Growing up wasn’t on the radar yet for us. I could go on and on with some great stories about Mark… It’s nice to know Mark’s life was going good and in a positive direction. God bless you all.

Mark,
Good times, life long memories. God speed old friend, God speed. Rest in peace.

May you find the peace & strength you need to carry on without him here on earth but always in your hearts.

My husband and and I would like to express our sympathy to Mark's family. We hadn't seen him in about 15 years, but we spent a lot of time (2-3 nights a week) with Mark at Supreme Court, where he was an avid racquetball competitor. He was a wonderful, charismatic guy -- always smiling and optimistic. He had a sparkle in his eye that could turn your day around for the better. I was so sad to read about his death.

To Mark's Family,
I knew Mark in Junior High & High School and when I saw his face in the news paper I immediately went back to those days. I remember Mark, Greg, and Matt riding their bikes through Madrone Jr High like they were on an imaginary motocross track. They rode like they were headed for a finish line and a trophy. I'm glad he lived his life doing what he loved and I am so sorry to hear that he is gone. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, but my memories are of the teenager flying down sidewalks and jumping curbs.

Mark was my older brother Greg's best friend through high school ... they've remained friends ever since. He still can, and still will for me. My love goes out to his family and friends.

I recently took a long road trip with Mark and had the pleasure of really getting to know this great guy. He spoke of his great love for his family and life in general. We all admired his bike prowess and persistantly cheerful outlook. Always smiling and laughing and a story to tell of his adventure filled past. I am really going to miss Mark and my deepest condolences to the family. I hope it's not too cliche but he passed away doing what he loved dearly. I think Mark will still be with us out on the trails.

Margo & Family,

I never formally met Mark but he had the biggest smile on his face when we staged for the downhill finals on Saturday morning. It was obvious that he enjoyed life and was doing what he loved to do.

I hope you take comfort in the fact that he had conquered the hill that day and went out with a smile.

All of us in the 40-49 class will miss him.

My brother Mark will always be jumping the next big jump, telling the last funny adventure mishap he pulled and smiling through it all. Dude, I think you won because you had the better truck and more toys than I did. I was so proud of you, you and Margo had a loving relationship and you were chasing your dreams. I will miss swapping stories and hearing your laughter...at least now you can rock with Stevie Ray in person. I love you and will miss you Mark...your big sister, Irena
