Sandra Ball Obituary

Mrs. Sandra Kay Ball, 52, of Maiden, passed away on Monday, Aug. 10, 2009, at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Sandra was born on April 23, 1957, in Burke County, to Frances Merritta Bradshaw Young and the late Willie Lee "Bill" Young. She was formerly employed as a cloth cutter in the furniture industry. In addition to her mother, Frances Merritta Bradshaw Young, she is survived by her husband, Bobby Ball of the home; one daughter, Donita Renae Kincaid of Lenoir; and one brother, Robert Dale Young and his wife, Betty Young, from Valdese. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Burke Memorial Park in Morganton. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Friday at Heritage Funeral Service.
