Only just heard about the death of mr Keane. We hiked in Ireland in the '90s when we met Moss and his wife Anne in Kerry. They invited us at there home in Dublin and treated us like close family. For sure the most hospitable people we ever met. Only later, we heard about Moss's great rugby performances. Moss's death is a true loss for the world, for there are not many like him.

To the Keane Family,
Deeply sorry for your great loss, he was such a talented man. May you all find comfort from the following thought Psalms 34:18-"God is near to those broken at heart..."
You can feel that Death can leave a heartache that nothing can heal, just know that Love can leave a memory that no one can steal.

Con Houlihan once said of Moss, "a Man of NO airs and many graces", how true that is and a huge loss to everybody who knew him.

Moss, I remember you playing in the classic Munster V All Blacks match in Thomond Park in 1978. It was the greatest rugby day of my life.

Sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort and tender mercies continue to comfort your family and friends, and may you find comfort in the words found in the Scriptures: "… he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."" Please accept my sincere condolences during this time of your loss.
