Dear Lenny, Anne, Linda, Ruby, Daniel and all who belonged, as it were, to Hans --- and to you, Hans, who sees, hears, knows, and loves now without any of the incumbrences of the human condition. Thank you Hans, thank you for being in our life, we wish you well on your journey, and should you have a message for any or all of us, may we recognize it in some incident in our lives --- a white bird alighting on our window, the wind swirling the leaves around our shoulders, or the sun gloriously shining through the clouds and making it all the way to a lone window in an otherwise dark room. However it may be felt, we know you are there, One with us now without separation.
With Love,
Ronne

Dear Lenny,

I just got the news of your father's passing from Laura. I was taken aback by the sad circumstance, for I had been thinking about your
parents often in the last few days. I was reminiscing about the times Shirley Anne and I spent in their company and how enjoyable it was. Hans lived his life to the fullest and you couldn't be around him without his love of life rubbing off on you. You have lost a wonderful father and Ruby and Daniel have lost a wonderful zaida.

Your father and mother had a storybook marriage that is only fitting for two lovely people. He will be missed by all who knew him

Please forward my sympathies to Anne and Linda and tell them that they are in my thoughts as are you.

Ann, Lenny, Linda, Ruby, and Daniel,
Hans was a great man! His warmth and friendliness were the first qualities to greet you (plus a cool accent). I am richer to have known him.

Dear Lenny,
Leila just forwarded the obit about Hans to me minutes ago and I did not know that your father had passed away. I really enjoyed both your parents company and found them to be incredibly interesting and warm people. Your father, while quiet, always had a big smile on his face and seemed to beam out a lovely energy to the world. I know that he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
With sincere sympathies,
Phyllis, Joey and Erica

Lenny,
The passing of ones parent always presents a time for personal reflection. It also gives the oppertunity to remember and celebrate all of the good memories which made the bond you both shared special. CHEERS to a life well lived and a FINE individual produced in its wake.
You have my condolences, thoughts and willingness to provide whatever assistance you may need in this time of mourning. Time heals.
