To the family of Dr. O'Grady, we are deeply saddened by the news of your loss. Dr. O'Grady has treated my family for many many years, and he was more than our doctor, he was considered a friend. He will be deeply missed, and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Jerry's family.... Our deepest sincere condolences. We are deeply saddened by the passing of "uncle" Jerry. May god grant peace to help you cope with your loss and may each day without him be less painful then the day before.
I will miss his huge wonderful smile, that just made you feel good that he was a part of your life.
Thanks for everything Uncle Jerry. You will be missed.
