VELOTTI - Richard Thomas, of Farmingville on August 19, 2008. Beloved husband of Barbara for 32 years. Devoted father of Rich J. Velotti and Kim Audiino (Joe). Loving brother of John Velotti. Cherished grandfather of Joey and Luke. Reposing at the Michael J. Grant Funeral Homes Inc., 3640 Route 112, Coram, NY (2.5 miles North of the L.I.E. exit 64). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday 9:45am at St. Margaret of Scotland R.C. Church, Selden, NY. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery. Family will receive friends to celebrate Richard's life on Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-10pm. www.grantfh.com

How is it possible that a year has gone by, and without you my friend. Driving up to your house I expect to see you come out with that toolbelt on and of course teasing you about it. I would call you Bob the Builder and you would have some "choice" words for me about that. And we'd laugh, like always. I know where you are you are happy and at peace and out of pain. I STILL CANT BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE YOU LEFT US. YOU ARE MISSED EVERYDAY AND ARE ALWAYS IN OUR THOUGHTS. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you! We had so many laughs! Little GTO, my dirty sneakers (that was my favorite!), I miss you so much! I know that Baby Christopher would have loved his Uncle Arnie! You were a wonderful person and missed by so many people! Love You!

Dad.. I dont know where to start..I think about u every day of my life..U were the best dad any daughter could have..I just wish i could give u a big huge one more time..I miss all the days talking to u on the phone , playing with the kids,going shopping , calling at night to say goodnight and always being their for me when i needed u ..Joey and luke will never forget u..
