I traveled with Kathy to St. Thomas before she met Andy. We had an unforgettable trip, thanks to her spontaneity and her adventurous spirit. I was with her the night that she and Andy became a couple--and what a gorgeous couple they were! My prayers are with Kathy, Andy and their family.

Kathy was my best friend all through elementary school. I think of our countless hours together, playing make believe as fairies and princesses, riding bikes endlessly through our neighborhood, spending summer vacations together at my Dad's in Vermont, playing tricks on our younger siblings, planning fantastic carnivals in our garages - the memories are so rich and special to me. I hadn't talked to Kathy in several years but I realize now that I am the sole caretaker of these wonderful memories. I am so terribly sad, to the core of myself, at her passing. I think of her happy laugh, her love for her husband and family, and all the travails she experienced in her early life, and promise to keep her memories in a safe place next to my heart.

My Daughter and I had the pleasure of knowing Kathy, Andy and their kids when they lived in Hunter's Crossing. I am a very close friend with her sister Eileen, and was fortunate to continue knowing them when they moved away. Kathy and Andy were amazing people. The world will be an empty place without them. I hold the Casey, Sheridan, and Folkl families in my heart, and they will always be in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless them as they watch over their children in heaven. With love and much sadness.

I remember Kathy from when we were young and spent time at her grandmothers overnite. We had great times as youngsters playing hide and seek and playing in the pool. Kathy was a great cousin to hang out with, we had so much fun. Our grandmothers were sisters and we enjoyed many a family reunion togehter. Being so close in age we had great times together. Little did i know she lived so close to me as an adult and actually worked at the same hospital. I regret we did not meet again as adults. I know her and Andy will be very missed and my heart goes out to their kids and family and friends. May they rest in peace....love, Sue Melchione Mccluskey.
