Ted,
I am very sorry to hear about the loss of Tracy. She was a great peer of mine at MSFT, she will be missed and loved working with her- she was a great employee. I don't know why God decides to take some and not others; all I know is that when he decides to take me, I hope I can pass on a living legacy to my wife and kids about having the serenity about the next chapter in their life after finishing their's here on earth. May God bless you/kids and use you in ways you never thought of before.

Ted and Sean,

I worked with Tracy at Microsoft and she introduced me to someone who is now one of my good friends, Frederica Carpenter. Tracy was a wonderful, vibrant woman who lit up the room when she walked in. I so enjoyed working with her and going out with she and Frederica. I am so sorry for your loss. Tracy faced her illness with such dignity. She is an inspiration to us all.
