Charlotte Irwin

South Glens Falls Charlotte Irwin, 64, of Feeder Dam Road, passed away at her home with her daughter and son-in-law by her side, after a long courageous battle. Born in Columbus, Ind., on August 16, 1943, she was the daughter of Gladys (Adkins) Sileo and the late Virgil Sears. Charlotte worked for many years as a waitress, most recently in Daytona Beach, Fla. She enjoyed painting and was an avid reader. Besides her father Virgil, Charlotte is predeceased by her husband, Charles Irwin and her sister, Annjean Hess. She is survived by her mother, Gladys, and her step-father, Dominick Sileo, of Port Orange, Fla.; her daughter, Shamaine and her husband, Chris Robare, of South Glens Falls and their two children, Christopher and Richard; two sons, Robert Holcomb and his wife, Shelly, of Queensbury and their two children, Shawna and Brandon; and Charlie Miller and his wife, Michelle, of Douglasville, Ga. and their three children, Jessica, Bret and Troy. Family and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service in Southside Cemetery, South Glens Falls, on Friday, June 6, 2008 at 3:30 pm. Services will be conducted by Rev.
