Please accept my condolences on the passing of your wonderful husband and father. He was so very helpful to me in setting up my retirement accounts. He had been a college roommate with one of my students so we had a special connection over the last 20 some years. He will be greatly missed by a lot of people. May his ready smile shine down on all of us.

My family worked with Tim through the Legend Group for many years. He helped to show us how financially one of our daughters could continue her college education. He also gave us the best retirement advice. A wonderful man, we will miss him. Our prayers are with your family.

Dear Amy, Casey, and Jake,
My husband Ivars and I sadly learned of Tim's death today while at a Ballard function. We were in Maine and did not know. You are a very special family to us. Tim advised us well to prepare us for retirement. You both helped so much in my classroom when I had Casey and Jake. Even 'Grandma Goodwin" helped with our desert research. I was very proud of Casey's academic achievements this year at my almamater, Castleton.
Ivars and I send our love. our prayers, hugs, and our deepest sympathy. Love ,
Ivars and Pat Vitenbergs

Amy and family,
Very, very sorry for your loss. As a child, spent alot of time visiting "Aunt Alethas and Uncle Gene's house" and I will never forget how much Tim could make us laugh. In much later years , I remember the very frequent visits he made to see my Mom when she was very ill at CVPH. A great guy... you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Amy and family,

We saw Tim and Robin at an ice rink last year. Our son was playing in a tournament in the Glens Falls area. It was so great to see them and talk.

Aunt Millie called to let me know about Tim. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts.

Although I have not seen "Ernie" in several years (we graduated from High School together, 100 years ago...), I have never forgotten his smile and ability to entertain...I especially treasure the trip to Russia with him and other classmates: wild and crazy fun was had by all (who wants a shot of Russian vodka when you're offered the whole bottle? Ha Ha). He is (and will always remain) a very special friend...I love ya, Timofay!!! We will catch up on the past and good gossip when we met again!!(smile)
Amy, although I have never met you, I know you are a very special lady. You and your sons are in my prayers....always remember, Tim will forever be by your side...you all have a very special angel watching over you now.
With love and depest condolences, Monica (Peets) Williams

Our son was a skater for Tim's AYHA hockey team during the '06/'07 season. We didn't know Tim outside hockey, but on the ice he was an incredible mentor. Tim genuinely cared about every player. Even though our son moved on to travel, Tim still followed his progress. His care and concern meant alot to our family and now our thoughts and prayers are with Tim and his family. We are all very lucky to have had our lives touched by such a wonderful person.

Sincerely,

Hey case.... I just wanted to let you know that I was thinking of you...
don't be mad but i kind of found out what happened through facebook... lol....that damn newsfeed---expect no more privacy for the rest of your life... no but seriously, I just wanted to say that I only met your dad a couple times, but just like you always said- he was pretty much the man. You'll have to carry on his legacy and be the man now... He'd be proud and you know he'll have your back all the way. Be strong and know that you're surrounded by people who love and care about you.

plus, just think....
now your dad can chill with tourettes guy...

Love you Case, and I'll be thinking of you and your family.

I know I speak for Josh too, when I say that we can only hope to be as wonderful a parent as Tim was to his two sons, Casey and Jake. What an amazing person who always lived life the way it ought to be lived. You will be dearly missed!
