Clyde Eversley Obituary

Formerly of Goshen, NY

Clyde R. Eversley, 85, of Goodyear, AZ and formerly of Goshen, NY, a retired Bank of New York employee and school bus driver for the Goshen School District, entered into rest on Monday, October 13, 2008 at the Valley Hospital.

The son of the late Albertina and Sidney Eversley, he was born July 14, 1923 in Manhattan, NY. He is predeceased by his wife, Gloria; son, Glenn; grandson, Eric and sister-in-law, Ruby.

Survivors include his loving children, Paul A. Eversley and his wife, Eileen of Goshen and Nicole A. Eversley of Hackensack, NJ; loving brother, Mervin Eversley and his wife, Yvonne of Garden City Park, NY; his loving grandchildren: Quantrill Sr. and wife, Christina, Fernandez and Lauren; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 25, at 10 a.m. at the St. James Episcopal Church, 1 St. James Place, Goshen, NY 10924.

Memorial donations may be sent to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, #301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183; www.americanheart.org.
