I was very sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Aylesworth. He was my professor during my first semester at Radford University, and while I didn't know him that well he was a great teacher and obviously cared deeply about his students. He will be missed.

Marty and I had a lot of good memories together, too many to recount only one. Possibly the trip to study the Minoan civilization in Crete and Cyprus might be high on the list. Also, the trip to Hawaii where he was reunited with his sister Wendy after 25 years of being separated by too many miles. Marty enjoyed travel. We also enjoyed dance and music together. We met on the dance floor, and dancing was a large part of our quality time together. Marty brought me to the New River Valley, where now God has appointed me to work for Him in the never-ending story of Good vs Evil. I thank Him for bringing Marty into my life, and entrusting me with this responsibility. My sympathies go out to Marty's family. He will be missed by many.
