Barbara E. Owens

Waltham Barbara E. (Ridgway-Lappin), of Waltham, formerly Newton, died July 24, 2008. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward P. Owens; loving mother of Kenneth J. and his wife Sharon Lappin and the late Nancy L. Lappin-Childs; dear sister of the late Margaret Rankin and Kenneth J. Ridgway. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church, 129 Lexington St. (corner Beech Street), Belmont, Monday at a time to be announced. Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown. Calling hours in MacDonald, Rockwell and MacDonald Funeral Home, at 270 Main St., Rte. 20, Watertown, Sunday 4-8 p.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
