To the Galpin family,
We were very sad to hear of the loss of your Mom. We will always remember growing up right around the corner, going to the same church and school and the kindness that your Mom bestowed upon our family. She will always be remembered fondly. Our prayers are with you.

I am so grateful to have known such a wonderful person as Viola. She was so good to me as a child I called her Mom. We teased I was her other daughter. I am confident her and dad are together, at peace, and probably playing golf and having a good time together again. I extend my heart-felt condolences to all of her family and friends.

Vi was a really fine woman whom I am happy I got to know. She loved every single one of her extended family and was very mindful and considerate of all others. My heart and prayers go out to all the family who I know will miss her very much. As a cousin of two of her daughters-in-law, I know how much they thought of her.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

This is to the "ENTIRE GALPIN CLAN" and there are so many of us. This beautiful lady will be sorely missed by all that knew her. She was a lady with the biggest heart, who loved all of us no matter our faults in life. I can never remember her speaking a bad word of anyone. Her glass always seemed half full to me. She had a love that was unconditional and always welcomed new ones into her ever growing family. My heart goes out to my dad, all my aunts, uncles and the many cousins I have. I know that I will miss her every passing day as will the rest of the family. She is finally at peace and back once again with Grampa who I know she missed dearly. I love you all.
