Donald Ray Burris, Jr. of Wilmington died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter.
Memorial service will be held at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service, 1535 41st Street Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 8:00 P.M. where the family will receive friends from 7:00 - 8:00 P.M.

Donnie, I just heard today about you riding on ahead. ALL those memories came flooding back, many of which will remain our secrets (440 Causway Dr). Man, this is hard to believe! Barbara and family, you are in my prayers. May the Most Holy and Living God, creator of the universe, hold you and keep you in this time of sorrow. May the name of Jesus sustain you. Amen.

I worked as a nurse at LCNC and gave care to Mr.Burris. He was a very pleasant man. I pray for his family during this time of sorrow.
