RAYFIELD, David Madison, 57, made his transition on July 15, 2008. He is survived by his brother, John; sister, Becky Rayfield; cousin, Lois Ramsuer; a host of cousins; his dog companion, Trooper; and friends he met on his path. Clay Thornton will give a eulogy at 7:30 p.m., and family and friends will gather afterwards. "We love you, David, and know you are at peace with God."
