To the Hopkins Family
From Floyd's sister

Those we love are never really lost to us--we feel them in so many special ways--through family and friends they always cared about and dreams they left behind, in beauty that they added to our days...in words of wisdom we still carry with us and memories that never will be gone...
Those we love are never really lost to us--for everywhere their special love lives on.

To the Hopkins Family:

"Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal". On behalf of my family and I, we wish to express our sincere condolences in the lost of your husband, father, and brother. I was director of the Gospel Choir and Frank was a member and always had "my back"! As the years progressed, I would often run across him at several places, and nothing every changed in our friendship! Ms. Coles and Deac. Valentine.. stay strong. Cathy-- "Hang On In There". For as much as you know that Frank's labor was NOT in vain.

Barbara, Frank Jr, Billy, Brett and Family,
I wish love could've kept him here, for he never would have died, I wish laughter would have been the medicine that would have eased all of his pain, and that unbridled hope would have been all that was needed to make the last months not so..I wish so much that Joy would have been enough to make many more mornings come, sadly these things were not enough , and it is selfish of me to wish for him to be here for me, but I cannot help it, the only Peace I find is that my sweet Daddy is resting in the arms of the one who loves him more than we do.
