HAMLIN, Mrs. Roberta Edmonds, of Richmond, departed this life August 29, 2008. She is survived by her daughters, Dawn and Tanisha Hamlin; son, Kenneth Jones; nine grandchildren, two brothers, three sisters, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a devoted friend. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where the family will receive friends Wednesday (today) from 6 to 7 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Thursday, September 4, at 1 p.m. Rev. Kenneth Edmonds officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery.
