To the Wilson family,
My wife and I mourn the passing of our good friend Amos. He tended to our yard for many years as if it was his own. He was a man of God; we could hear him singing spirituals as he tended to God's kingdom, our front yard. He believed in honor and hard work, and had high expectations of same from his children and grandchildren. As I looked over our yard this morning, I thought of him. Amos was a true friend and an honorable man, and we will truly miss him.

My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of my good friend, mentor, father figure, and all around "sweetheart". I thank God for the blessing that "Mr. Amos" was to my life. The sound of that amazing voice and the sight of that infectious grin will be sorely missed. However I rejoice with the heavenly chorus as they receive "the best that ever sang it".

Jean and family,

Amos fought a good fight and kept the faith. When he appeared weak to us, he was holding on to his strong tower,Jesus!

I share in your loss with sadness and a heavy heart. I also rejoice with you because we know he is now with our Lord. I will truly miss my "cousin/big brother".

You have my deepest sympathy and always remember I love you very much.
