This is a very late remembrance of Ernestine. I work with her and shared an office with her, She found me weeping at my desk and I confessed that my cat had died. This pet death had brought back the recent death of my mother, but also, I had loved this cat. Ernestine was there for me. I have just lost another cat. I miss Ernestine today.

Connie Sue & Marc,
I did not receive news of your mother's death in time to come to the funeral. I want to say what a fine lady she was. I sort of grew up with them at Salem(your Mom & Dad). Your Dad married Henry & I and came to see me in the hospital in Richmond when my oldest son was born. I did see your Mom & both of you at Salem's last homecoming. In fact we sat on the pew directly behind you. You were so blessed to have such kind and loving parents.

Dear Marc and Connie Sue,
I received the date and time of the funeral too late to attend. I'm sorry I missed it.
Your mother taught me in high school and she was a good teacher. I have many fond memories of both your mother and father when I grew up and attended Salem Baptist Church.
I hope she left you with many good memories of the past.
God bless the both of you and your families.

Dear Connie & Marc,
I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your mother. Mrs. Holoman taught me science at Caroline High. She was a kind and sweet lady. May the thoughts and memories bring you comfort in the days to come. May God bless you all.
Warmest Regards,
