Hey sweetheart...I just want you to know that your loss was untimely, but for Heaven, you were on time. God has called you home, because your work here is done. He has called you into eternal rest, and for that, we can always have a peace in our hearts. I've known you since we were in elementary school, I used to come into your class when my teacher let me out. I remember your smile, and your winning personality. It was a pleasure and a joy to know you. May the Peace that passes understanding fill the hearts and minds of the family members, and friends during this time. Shameka didn't talk much, but when she opened her mouth to speak, she got her point across, and it was always something to encourage you. To the family, stay strong in the Lord, and in the power of His Might. Remember, to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. I pray that this will ease your pain, knowing that her suffering is over, and that she is watching over you. God bless you all.

To The Family:
Shameka was like family. She was so sweet, and never gave anyone any grief. I met her in elementary school. When I initially found out, it hit me like a shockwave...that someone who had so much to offer was now gone. Heaven must've been missing an angel, because she was nothing short of an angel. Beautiful, smart, sweet...she was the kind of person you could definitely take home to meet the family. Shameka....Valarie, Antoine, Maya, and I miss you very much. Continue to smile down on us. Your journey is over. We love you and miss you eternally. Rest in Peace now.
