I met Mrs. Hayes in 1963 and loved her from the start. I will always cherish the memories of my 6th grade teacher. We reunited in 1985 when she became my consultant for the school system for my own children.
Rob and I became friends in the early 80's - so I have fortunately stayed in touch with Mrs. Hayes through the years. She was a special lady whom I'm honored to have known. She will be missed greatly.

Faye was a great Mother to my husband and I know he will miss her greatly. His stories of his life with her were always full of laughter and fun. I wish I had had more time to know her.
