I had the pleasure of meeting Frank when he was hospitalized at Henrico Doctors Hospital these past few years. His spirit and kindness to everyone was uplifting. Even when he was at his lowest, He always had a smile for you and called everyone "Dollbaby". The nursing staff here in the Progressive Care Unit sends their condolences to his family. He will be missed.
