MALONE, Annie Mae, born July 12, 1919, went to be with our Papa on October 11, 2008. Annie Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Jack. She is survived by a son, Robert L. Malone of Bracey, Va.; three grandchildren, Robert Malone Jr. and his wife, Carolyn, T.E. Malone and his wife, Kristin, and Debra Hall and her husband, Steve. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, Andy Hall, Amanda Hall, Jacob Malone, Jamie Malone, Michael Malone; two great-great-grandchildren, Alex Williams and Maggie Hall; as well as a devoted family friend, Mitchell Stickland; a sister, Rose Woodfin; two brothers, Clarence and Ben Thompson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Annie Mae and Jack Malone were longtime members of Webber Memorial Baptist Church. The family will receive family and friends Sunday, October 12 at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., from 3 to 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Crestview Memorial Park, South Hill, Va.

hi and just want to tell annie mae family how special she was to jimmy and i. i spoke with her from time to time but regret not calling or going to see her more than i did. i know she loved us very much and we loved her dearly. we will miss her so much. she had a loving , caring heart. always thought of others when we spoke before i could ask how she was she wanted to know how we were. we are happy she is at peace and we will treasure our friendship and love for her forever love in christ jim and shirley crowder and family.
