I used to work at Ashland Nursing and Rehab. I am just finding out about the passing of Mr. Ellis. I looked forward to seeing his smiling face everyday coming to visit his wife. I am very saddened to find out about his passing. Your family is in my prayers.

My heart goes out to Mr. Ellis' family, he was such a long standing family friend to us all. He and my dad were the best of friends for 50 years - I believe. I was so fond of him and I'm blessed to have known such a fine southern gentleman. I'm sure this is a huge loss to his family and to many people that knew him.

Mrs. Ellis and Family,
We are so sorry to hear about the homegoing of Mr. Ellis. He was truly A friend to the community. He was always so gracious and willing to let me fish in you'll pond and let me keep all the fish I could catch. If there is ever anything we can do for you please call us. My mother's telephone number is listed in your phone book.
Sorrowfully,
Jimmy and Edmonia Iverson
