Billie Lynn Ellis

Billie Lynn Ellis, age 64, of Lexington KY, passed away peacefully November 13th after what is believed to be a cardiac episode.
She had previously struggled with her health, but the greatest battle she faced, was from her past, she was in recovery for quite some time now and fought a courageous battle. Billie was born on June 3rd, 1961, in Hamilton Ohio, to William Bowling and Marguerite Sapp. she graduated from Garfield high school, and went on to be a cosmetologist, for many years. She married her high-school sweetheart, Jessie Osborne whom she had two children with, Josh Osborne and Justin Osborne. She remarried later to Wade Ellis, whom she had Maggie Ellis with.
She was an avid hairdresser and gardener; she expressed herself creatively through her crafts and the things she was able to create. She had her own hairdresser shop within her home where many clients would come to visit. She had a giant garden in front of every house she ever lived in so long as the landlord was willing. She found joy in flipping houses with her first husband for many years and creating lasting memories with her children. Her kindness and humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Billie Ellis will be held November 24th from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at 1304 Bryan Avenue, Lexington, KY, 40505.
