One of my Fav Aunts
Michael Ferraro
March 1, 2009
I will always remember my favorite aunt. As a young boy I was fortunate to spend weekends with my fathers sister, Harrell Brankley.
The food and the late night movies will forever be in my memories growing up as a child. As I grew older and faced the troubles of life Aunt Adelaide never judged me but continued to support and love me and whenever I saw her, her last words were behave yourself.
I love you Aunt Adelaide, rest in peace.

Adelaide was such a blessing to the Marshall family. When I married Steve 31 years ago, I met her and felt like I had known her all of my life. She was such an inspiration! She helped take care of Steve's grandmother, Mary,in the early 1970's and became a part of their family. I remember many a happy Christmas when our whole family looked forward to when Adelaide would arrive. Steve repaired her car for years and I would come up to the station to visit with her. Our children are 24 and 27 now and were very saddened to hear of her passing. We all rest assured that she is in heaven with Steve's dad, Homer. This note is sent with much love and admiration for Adelaide's life spent faithfully devoted to God and others!! Sincerely, Denise Marshall and family
